An important message. Please read the attached Delta Farms Japan Statement from Delta Farms’ CEO:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Hey everyone, I wanted to give you an update on Delta Farms and the drama behind it. I want to be transparent about what happened. Buckle up, this will be a ride. <\/p>\n\n\n\n As we are an international company, I had found an individual named [name redacted] to assist us by working and running the Japanese branch of the business domestically. While he is Australian, he\u2019s married to a Japanese woman and a permanent resident in Japan, so it was a nice way to have a person to clearly communicate with, and it establishes a legal way for what\u2019s essentially a franchise to legally operate in Japan and pay taxes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Unfortunately, it turned out that my judgement of character was not good – [name redacted] is unfortunately a very mentally unstable person when met with adversity or stress. He went on leave when his wife\u2019s grandmother was passing, and did not communicate with me for over 10 days – during which time I periodically checked in with \u201chey, are you all right?\u201d sorts of messages. <\/p>\n\n\n\n He actively ignored those and then eventually unilaterally decided that I was being abusive to him for asking about his welfare, and decided that stealing approximately \u00a511,000,000 worth of my company\u2019s raw materials, cash and other equipment was a fair punishment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n So, that definitely put Delta Farms into a bind. He then declared that we are \u201cshut down\u201d, threatened me with extortion (silly and pointless considering the circumstances here), and then begged and pleaded to allow him to \u201ccontinue to earn\u201d by selling my property to companies such as [names redacted] and other vendors. The audacity of a thief to ask that favor is unbelievable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n I have also since discovered that he has been coordinating this theft with an individual named [name redacted], a naturalized Japanese\/Indian individual who has a well known reputation now for ripping off vendors and partners in the USA and Japan. [name redacted] also happens to be the supplier selling \u201cCPX\u201d. Not much to say or do about that guy because he is in very hot water with nearly every single person in this industry that knows him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In sum here, my company was robbed by some desperate grifters. [name redacted] has possession of a large quantity of our CBPM and CRDH+, a product I was planning on releasing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Since Delta Farms has receipts for all of these materials, and own the COAs, we would of course disavow any vendor selling our stolen materials. I am not certain at this time if any known vendors have received these materials from these scammers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n My company has been in business for many years now, and our goal has always been to produce very high quality products to bring relief to those that are suffering. It saddens me that an industry that is always under so much scrutiny has to have its name tarnished by bad actors engaging in criminal behavior. <\/p>\n\n\n\n I am screening new domestic partners to consider reopening for business.
