Knockout has announced another limited-release liquid! And after trying their recent Apocalypse drop, I won’t miss anything they decide to call “expert-only” ever again.

What Is It?

Their new Knockout BLACKOUT 710 launches publicly on Wednesday, July 8 at 8:00 PM. Just in time for 710 / Oil Day on July 10. It is a 1ml Critical Jack-flavoured liquid with a very clear design in mind. Built around intensity, it promises a sharp, fast lift-off, a deeper drop afterward, and a long, immersive finish. It’s meant to be for people who want to properly disappear into a movie, game, album, or their own thoughts. So… basically, me?!

In other words: this is not being positioned as a casual little “one puff before errands” situation.

Knockout is very clear that BLACKOUT is for experienced users only. With a high-concentration formula, one limited production run, and no planned restock. No FOMO there, or anything, right? And after Apocalypse — a limited lottery release that was genuinely one of the best, deepest, most impressive legal liquids I have ever tried (it even made it onto my June Picks of the Month list) — I’m especially curious to see what they have cooked up here.

There is also apparently an extra 710 surprise reserved for Knockout’s regular customers: a very limited secret set that pairs BLACKOUT with something exclusive. And nope, it will not be offered through the public store. I won’t spoil the details for people on the list, so if you are, check your inbox carefully on July 6. This one sounds very much like a “gone in five minutes, everyone posting crying emojis afterward” kind of release.

And at ¥17,000/1ml., BLACKOUT 710 will not be for everyone, and that is clearly their point. But if Apocalypse taught me anything, it’s that when Knockout makes something for the pros, it is worth listening.

Just approach it like the company itself says: start low, give it time, and do not make ambitious plans afterward.
